Do I need to re-register for Unlocked DIGITAL if I was already registered for the in-person event in Orlando? 

No, you do not. Your conference registration will automatically be transferred from the live event to Unlocked DIGITAL and a new confirmation email sent with the virtual program information. Please contact customerservice@infosecworldusa.com if you are missing this information.

I had a hotel room booked within Unlocked's hotel block at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista, do I need to cancel that? 

For Unlocked registrants holding Hilton hotel room confirmations and wish to modify or cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your deposit, you can do it online, or by calling Hilton reservations at 800-782-4414 up to five days prior to arrival. All cancellations within five days of arrival will forfeit the first night's deposit.

For those registrants wishing to still travel to Disney for leisure and holding confirmed room reservations, we are awaiting confirmation from Hilton Lake Buena Vista that they will honor the discounted rate of $179 plus a $20 resort fee.  

I am unable to participate in Unlocked DIGITAL on December 16. Can I access the program on demand? 

While Unlocked DIGITAL is opening its virtual doors on December 16, the content will be available for you to consume at your convenience until March 31, 2022. 

Are there any changes to the conference program being delivered in the digital format? 

The program has been reconfigured to run as a single day, 2 track program. As a result of the consolidation, the Tech Talks will run at a later date on Security Weekly. We are excited that our 6 keynote speakers will be joining us as well as nearly 20 sessions to comprise the day-long program.

I would like to talk to a few sponsors about their products, is there a way to do that? 

Yes! When you attend Unlocked DIGITAL on December 16 there will be a virtual Expo hall that will include access to all of our sponsors. You’ll be able to chat directly with a sponsor rep, request a 1:1 meeting, access product information and even see demo videos. Once Unlocked DIGITAL is on demand, you’ll still be able to contact sponsors through the virtual messaging system. 

Will I be able to network with other attendees during the DIGITAL event?

While nothing can replace the networking of a live event, there are still plenty of ways to connect with your peers, speakers sponsors at Unlocked DIGITAL. We have incorporated the capability to enable registrants to connect with like-minded attendees including gamification and trivia activities. As always, you will be able to create a custom profile and mingle in the Expo as well as networking lounge to participate in group chats about best practices and industry trends.
